Our in-person site consultation is where your vision starts to take shape. During this paid visit, we’ll explore your space together, discuss bespoke design ideas, take precise measurements, and lay the foundation for a design plan tailored exclusively to you. This is where the magic begins.
Step 3:Tailored Design and Clear Costs
Next, we craft a bespoke design and provide a transparent cost breakdown. We’ll meet with you in person to present the design, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision. This is your opportunity to fine-tune the plan, explore adjustments, and balance your dream with your budget through value engineering if needed.
Step 4: Turning Plans into Reality
In this final meeting, we’ll present the polished design and confirm every detail. Once you’re thrilled with the plan, we’ll finalize contracts, set your project start date, and secure your booking with an engagement fee. Your dream garden is officially underway.
Step 5: A Smooth Start to Your Transformation
Before breaking ground, we reach out to your neighbours with a courtesy letter detailing our contact information, working hours, and project timeline. We’ll carefully prepare your site, protect your driveway with durable matting, and set up everything needed to ensure a seamless start to your garden transformation.
